INTRODUCTION
The Department of Animation was set up in 2011 to train talent for the cultural creative industries and to promote the digital content industry. The Department regularly holds international animation festivals, symposiums, forums, workshops and other activities. Its long-term goal is to nurture generations of professionals for making animation feature films to advance Taiwan’s animation film and TV industry.
